• Internal Audit
• The Internal Audit Department plays a vital and pivotal role in creating a sound governance environment for the Board of Directors of (Agaseem) and its management, enabling them to monitor the duties and strategic objectives of (Agaseem). The department operates independently to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems at (Agaseem).
Saudi Corporate Governance Standards
• The Capital Market Authority issued a decision to apply corporate governance standards and requirements in a gradual manner starting from the year 2012 to all companies in the Saudi capital market, whether listed companies or authorized and licensed persons. This is considered part of the Capital Market Authority’s efforts to raise levels of quality, transparency, and disclosure in the securities business sector, with the aim of creating an appropriate investment environment.
