2009
Aqasim Factory for Chemical and Plastic Materials was established on 24/03/1430 AH corresponding to 21/03/2009 AD, in accordance with the regulations and rules in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The company’s activities, as shown in its commercial register, consist of manufacturing and producing lubricating oils for equipment and engines, in addition to extending its activity to include product development, oil blending, packaging, and distribution, in accordance with approved technical specifications and standards.
The company operates within an approved regulatory framework, with full compliance with quality, safety and industrial requirements, ensuring the sustainability of the business and operational efficiency.

2024
In 2024, the company achieved a remarkable improvement in its production efficiency. It is worth mentioning that the production lines witnessed a significant development in performance and operational levels, with the near-full utilization of production capacity reaching 94%, reflecting the efficiency of operational processes and the effectiveness of the adopted production systems.
Continuing its strategic expansion approach, the company plans to add five new filling and packaging lines during 2026, in support of the increasing demand for its products, and in preparation for the expected expansion in local and international markets.
This approach reflects the company’s adoption of a proactive production strategy that aligns with its growth and expansion plans, ensuring the sustainability of operational processes and enabling the company to meet increasing customer demands with high efficiency, without affecting production capacity or product quality.
Transformation into a joint-stock company:

(Dated 16/12/2020 AD) The company registered its shares for direct listing on the parallel market “Nomu Market”, and trading in these shares was restricted to qualified investors in accordance with the rules for offering securities and continuing obligations.
